Echelon Strategic Advisory (ESA) is a specialist UK-based consultancy helping organisations prepare for disruption, protect their operations, and perform with confidence in a world of constant change.
We bring deep expertise across seven core areas: Governance, Risk and Compliance, Operational Resilience, Cyber Resilience, Protective Security, Business Continuity, Crisis Management and Data Protection and Privacy. Our consultants have decades of hands-on experience and a proven record of delivering both remote and in-person training, workshops, and exercises across regulated and high-risk sectors, including financial services, insurance, healthcare, and critical infrastructure.
All our consultants have extensive backgrounds in the UK Armed Forces or Police and hold industry-leading qualifications and certifications in their specialist fields. This blend of real-world experience and professional accreditation ensures our clients receive credible, practical, and standards-aligned support. Our team has delivered over 150 successful assignments, supporting organisations from board level through to operational teams in meeting complex regulatory requirements including FCA, PRA, and emerging DORA obligations.
